Installation Instructions

SCREENSAVERS - DESKTOP PICTURES - DESKTOP PATTERNS - BANNERS & BUTTONS

Screensaver Instructions: 

Macintosh: Note: Screensavers will only run on a Power PC, and it is highly recommended that a minimum of 64Mb Memory be installed on your computer. 
1. Select the screensaver you would like. 
2. The file will begin to download to the desktop, or to the downloads folder specified by your browser. It will be decompressed automatically after the download is complete. 
3. There will now be a Control Panel file in the download location. Move this file into the Control Panels folder in your System Folder then restart your computer. 

NOTE: If you have other screensavers already installed in your control panels folder, including other PandaSavers, it is strongly recommended that you remove them from the Control Panels folder before using another. 4. You can now preview the screensaver or set the timing for it to appear. 

IBM¨/PC Compatibles: Note: In order to operate properly, it is highly recommended that a minimum of 64MB Memory be installed on your computer. 
1. Select the screensaver you would like. 
2. Save the file to your computer (somewhere you can easily find it, such as your Desktop) 
3. After the download is complete, open the file. It will decompress, and create a new file with the same name, but with an '.exe' ending. 
4. Open this file, and your screen saver will be installed.

Desktop Pictures Instructions:

Macintosh: 
1. Select the image you would like. 
2. Save the file to your computer. 
3. From your Apple Menu, select CONTROL PANELS/APPEARANCE 
4. Select the DESTKOP tab then choose 'Place/Remove Picture.' 
5. Select the file you downloaded from the browser. 
6. Select FILL TO SCREEN from the pull down menu. 
7. Choose SET DESKTOP. 

IBM¨/PC Compatibles: 
1. Select the image you would like. 
2. Save the file into your C:\Windows directory (for 2000 this will be C:/WINNT) 
3. Right click your mouse anywhere on the computer's desktop and choose PROPERTIES. 
4. Select the file you just downloaded from the WALLPAPER menu. 
5. Select TILE, STRETCH or CENTRE as suits your taste. 
6. Choose 'OK'

Desktop Patterns Instructions:

Macintosh: 
1. Select the image you would like. 
2. Save the file to your computer. 
3. From your APPLE Menu, select CONTROL PANELS/APPEARANCE . 
4. Select the DESTKOP tab then choose 'Place/Remove Picture.' 
5. Select the file you downloaded from the browser. 
6. Select TILE from the pull down menu. 
7. Choose SET DESKTOP.

1. Select the image you would like.

Banners & Buttons Instructions:

Mac & PC: 
1. Click on the banner or button your wish to save. This opens a new window showing the full size image.
2. Right click (PC) or click and hold (MAC) on the banner or button and select "Save As" to download to your desktop.
3. Close the window to return to the banners/buttons page.
